At 2nd STREET USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique finds; however, please note that all sales are final for in-store purchases, while online orders are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet specific condition requirements.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your online order was delivered within the last 7 days and that all original security tags and 2nd STREET store tags remain attached to the item.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at the designated carrier location using the provided return label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
